University of Memphis Scholarship 2025/2026 is offering merit-based scholarships for international students. The University of Memphis is a public research university located in Memphis, Tennessee, USA.
Types of Memphis Scholarship 2025/2026 Available;
- International Merit Scholarship (IMS): This merit-based scholarship is for newly admitted degree-seeking international students on a J-1 or F-1 visa.
- graduate International Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is specifically for graduate students and has similar eligibility criteria to the IMS.
- Additional Scholarships: International students can also apply for other scholarships through the Tiger Scholarship Manager ¹.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate Students:
- 25 ACT or 1200 SAT equivalent
- 3.25 U.S.A. equivalent undergraduate degree GPA
- Graduate Students:
- 310 GRE with at least 150 in GRE Verbal AND 150 in GRE Quantitative AND 2.5 AWA
- Equivalent GMAT scores
- 3.25 U.S.A. equivalent cumulative undergraduate degree GPA or relevant master’s degree
Scholarship Details:
– Award Amount: Covers the difference in cost of international and domestic non-Tennessee resident tuition rates
– Duration: 4 years for undergraduate programs, 2 years for master’s programs
– Renewal Conditions: Maintain full-time enrollment and achieve a minimum GPA (2.75 for undergraduates, 3.25 for graduates)
Application Deadlines:
– Spring Semester: December 31st, 2024
– Fall Semester: July 31st, 2025 (August 26, 2025, for Graduate International Merit Scholarship)
Furthermore :
– Dual citizens and/or permanent residents are not eligible
– Entering first-time applicants only; continuing or enrolled students are not eligible
– Cannot be combined with other University of Memphis institutional scholarships, except departmental funding
