Types Of University of Sheffield International Scholarship 2025/2026
1.The intetionsal undergraduate scholarship.
Description
The scholarship is worth £2,000 per year for courses in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Faculty of Social Sciences and £2,500 per year for courses in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health, and Faculty of Science. The maximum value of the award is £7,500 for three year programmes and £10,000 for four year programmes.The scholarship takes the form of a tuition fee reduction only.
Available Subjects
All undergraduate degree courses except for Medicine (A100/A101) and Dentistry (A200).
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible you must :
- be self-funded and classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes
- achieve 60% or above and 120 credits in previous academic year to continue receiving scholarship
- not be a sponsored student (A sponsored student is defined as being an individual in receipt of a total sum of funds from either the University or an external organization that matches or exceeds the original tuition fee required by the University).
Additional Criteria
- The scholarships are for full-time and part-time students only. Students studying online or via distance learning are not eligible for a scholarship (Part-time students will receive the equivalent value of the scholarship split pro-rata over the duration of a single full-time academic year.)

2. International Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2025.
Description
The scholarship is worth £2,000 for courses in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Faculty of Social Sciences. Furthermore, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health, and Faculty of Science is worth above £2,500.
- No additional scholarship application is required, if you meet the eligibility and award criteria the scholarship will be applied as a tuition fee discount.
- Scholarship is Incompatible with specific scholarships and external funding
- Available to full-time and part-time students (pro-rata).
- For 2-year programs, award applies to year 2 (if year 1 completed successfully)
Eligible Criteria
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) and Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) courses are ineligible for the International Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2025.
- You must be an international student and have the ability to self fund
All Crossways courses and Erasmus Mundus courses are ineligible for an automatic scholarship

- Not available for online/distance learning
These scholarships are not applicable to any postgraduate courses where the higher clinical fee is applicable, this includes, but is not exclusive to the following courses: - DClinDent Orthodontics
